Joe’s Jeans’ annual filing, including its financial statements and related MD&A, will be filed with the SEC on or before February 13, 2015. The original conference call and release were to take place on February 12, 2015, at 4:30 pm Eastern Time; however, the postponement of the earnings call will allow senior management additional time to deal with the debt refinancing process currently under way.
